ZW32 series primary and secondary fused on-column circuit breakers are key equipment in intelligent distribution network, which integrate traditional circuit breakers and intelligent monitoring and protection functions, and are suitable for fault isolation, load control and condition monitoring of 12kV distribution lines. ZW32 primary and secondary fusion circuit breaker has significantly improved the level of distribution automation through modular design, and is the mainstream choice for current distribution network transformation. In practical application, it is necessary to customize the protection setting according to the line parameters (such as short-circuit capacity and load characteristics).

Core characteristics

Primary and secondary deep fusion

The primary switch (circuit breaker) is highly integrated with the secondary intelligent terminal (FTU), and the integrated design of current/voltage sampling, protection control and communication is realized through standardized interfaces (such as aviation plugs), which reduces external wiring and improves reliability.

Typical configuration: Built-in high-precision Rogowski coil/electronic transformer replaces the traditional electromagnetic transformer.

Intelligent function

Fault detection: Support quick identification (≤100ms) of short circuit, overcurrent and grounding fault (low current line selection), with automatic reclosing (up to 3 times).

Remote control: communicate with the main station through 4G/ optical fiber/wireless private network to realize remote control on-off and off, and switch the setting area.

Condition monitoring: collect data such as current, voltage, power and cable head temperature in real time, and support partial discharge detection (optional).

High reliability design

Arc extinguishing mode: vacuum arc extinguishing chamber (interrupting capacity 20kA-25kA) is adopted, which is oil-free and environment-friendly, with a service life of ≥10,000 mechanical operations.

Protection grade: IP67 (outdoor dustproof and waterproof), operating at a wide temperature of -40℃~+70℃.

Primary part

Circuit breaker body: vacuum interrupter, insulating cylinder (epoxy resin casting) and spring operating mechanism.

High-voltage components: silicone rubber sleeve, cable connection terminal (expandable lightning arrester).

Power module: PT power or lithium battery backup (no external scene).

Secondary part

Intelligent controller: embedded CPU, supporting IEC 61850, DL/T 634.5104 and other protocols.

Sensor

Current: 0.2-level accuracy, ranging from 0 to 0～2000A a.
