ZW43-12 model outdoor AC vacuum circuit breaker is used to make and break load current,overload current and short-circuit current in12kV,50/60Hz power system.It is applicable for substations,industry and mining,urban and rural electricity power networks,especially applicable inoccasions with frequent operation and automatic power distribution network.It accords with the standard of IEC62271-100&GB1984-2014:AChigh voltage circuit breaker,IEC60694 &GB/T11022:HV general technical requirement of switch and control apparatus

Product feature

1.The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber adopts solid sealing technology, which is small in size, long in life, high reliability, and the shielding cover is exposed; it is encapsulated in epoxy resin, has good weather resistance and is easy to transport; the operating mechanism can adopt high-reliability permanent magnet technology. Simple structure, no maintenance required, mechanical life up to 30,000 times, spring operating mechanism can also be used

2.Epoxy resin encapsulation: meets environmental protection requirements; has been widely verified for outdoor performance; is resistant to ozone and ultraviolet rays; strong, light, and not easily broken;

3.Permanent magnet mechanism: few moving parts; no maintenance required; bistable permanent magnet technology applied; vacuum arc extinguishing, solid insulation, small size, light weight, large breaking capacity, and high insulation level;

4.Manual opening device: When the control system fails, manual opening can be used as an emergency breaking operation to reliably interrupt the rated load current; position detector: the proximity switch is installed on the linkage shaft, no mechanical components are required, and the position of the switch can be detected simply and reliably opening and closing position;

5.The switch shell is made of stainless steel or spray-coated, with good corrosion resistance and weather resistance; an isolation switch can be added to form a visible fracture and reliably interlock to form a combined electrical appliance; it can be matched with the controller to achieve remote control, telemetry, remote signaling, and remote adjustment. Four remote functions.
