BGZ35(Z3)-40.5 series integrated indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers are independently designed and developed by our company according to GB1984, GB/T11022, GB311.1, DL/T593, DL/T402 and other related standards, and have a new generation of 40.5kV indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers with isolation and grounding. This product has perfect functions, stable and reliable mechanical properties, and is suitable for relatively harsh environments such as high altitude and salt fog at the seaside. It can be widely used in projects such as wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, energy storage power station, urban distribution network, etc. It has perfect mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, and has extremely high operational reliability and service life. It can complete the safe power distribution function with corresponding switchgear to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

Product features

The integrated design of isolating switch, breaker switch and grounding switch is a miniaturized high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker with obvious isolation fracture, and the "five-prevention" interlock is simple and reliable;

Contact copper parts adopt cold extrusion molding process, which has good strength and low resistance;

Incoming and outgoing line insulation pillars can be equipped with sensors with live display;

Miniaturization design of circuit breaker and installation in high voltage chamber of box transformer can save most of the cost of cabinet and reduce the overall cost of box transformer.

Environmental conditions of use

1.The altitude is ≤ 3,800 meters;

2.Ambient temperature: -50℃~+50℃,

3.Relative humidity: the mouth average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%;

4.The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gas, steam or salt spray;

5.Places without fire and explosion hazards;

6.The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees; Places with an inclination not exceeding 5.

Note: The above are the general use conditions of GBTT11022. If the special use environment conditions are high altitude, thick salt fog and extremely cold and hot environment, the technical design can be changed and customized according to the above requirements.

Full current interrupting: safely interrupting rated current, overload current and short-circuit fault current (the core is different from load switch).
