Product overview

FZN35-40.5 series indoor high-voltage AC vacuum load switch-fuse combination appliances are designed and developed by our company according to GB3804 and GB16926. They are suitable for AC 50Hz network with rated voltage of 40.5kV. They are specially designed for 35kV system of wind power generation and solar power generation. They can be used for wall-mounted installation in wind power generation towers, and can also be used as independent electrical units in 40.5kV power systems or box-type substations. This product has reasonable structure, adopts CTE2 two-stage transmission spring operating mechanism developed by our company, which is simple and reliable in action, has both manual and electric functions, and can realize remote control.

Core functions

Carrying rated current: safe conduction current under normal power-on state.

Switching on and off load current: cut off or switch on rated working current and overload current (without short-circuit interrupting ability).

Principle of operation

Closing: the operating mechanism releases the energy storage spring and drives the spindle to close the moving and static contacts of the vacuum interrupter.

Opening: the spring is released after storing energy, and the contacts are quickly separated, and the vacuum medium extinguishes the arc.

Grounding (if equipped): Turn the grounding knife switch after switching off to reliably ground the line side.

Vacuum arc extinguishing has zero deflagration and no SF6 greenhouse gas.

Mechanical interlock is forced to prevent misoperation (for example, grounding is prohibited when closing).


Long life maintenance-free

Mechanical life ≥ 5000 times, electrical life ≥ 1000 times (breaking rated current).

The vacuum sealing structure has no oxidation and is suitable for humid and polluted environment.


Compact and modular

The width is only 450~650mm, which is suitable for miniaturized switchgear (such as XGN46 and KYN61).


Convenient operation

Support electric/manual operation, and the opening speed is ≤ 0.1 second.


Key points of selection and installation

Matching system requirements

Current level: according to the maximum continuous load current (such as 1250A).

Interruption requirements: it is only used for load current switching, and short-circuit protection must be realized by connecting fuses in series (such as +SDLAJ current-limiting fuse).


Interlocking configuration

It is mandatory to realize "five-prevention" interlocking with cabinet doors and circuit breakers (to prevent on-load opening and closing, mistaken entry into live intervals, etc.).


Installation environment

Altitude ≤ 1000m (over 1000m, it needs to be reduced);

Ambient temperature:-25℃ ~+40℃;

Humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%.


Matters need attention

It is forbidden to replace the circuit breaker: there is no short-circuit breaking ability, and the fault current needs to be removed by fuse or superior circuit breaker.

Maintenance period: check the lubricity of the operating mechanism every five years and measure the resistance of the main circuit (≤ 50μ ω).

Safe operation: electricity must be checked before grounding, and the grounding switch is allowed to be operated at the opening position.

Tip: The specific parameters are subject to the latest technical manuals of manufacturers (such as Shaanxi Baoguang and Xiamen Huadian). When selecting the type, it should be clear whether it is necessary to bring additional functions such as grounding switch and electric operating mechanism.
